The Company Eurosol GmbH is looking for roof surfaces on rental basis for installation of Solar Power Plants. The roof surfaces must be at least 300 m² if it is a slopy roof and at least 600 m² if it is a flat roof. The roof must not be located at one place

In this case of renting, the landlord and the tenat will enter into a „ Rental agreement of Photovoltaic Power plant installation.“ This occurs in a close cooperation with the Energy facility Authorities. The right of roof surface use, on which the Solar plant is installed should be registered with the appropriate governmental Authorities.

Eurosol GmbH takes over all costs and risks concerning the installation, commisioning and operation of the Solar plant. The landlord receives a yearly rent which depends on the roof size, direction, the slope, and the inclination of the roof to the local solar radiation.

Another advantage of installing the Solar plant on the roof surface is the protection it offers the roof and thus prolonging its lifespan The rental period is usually 20 - 25 years. After that the Solar plant will be totally disassembled. Alternatively, the Solar plant can remain on the roof in which case agreement can be entered into, regarding the free power use by the landlord.
